The work orders

Traps pumped, lines jetted, tanks hauled, pipes fixed

American Waste Removal has worked out of Albuquerque since 1978, with a Four Corners office in Flora Vista. Two jobs fill most of the schedule: the grease trap pump-out and the hot-jet line clean. The rest of the list follows from them.

Not sure which one you need? Call dispatch at (505) 344-0177. The phone is answered 24/7.

Traps + interceptors

Grease trap pumping

Traps and interceptors pumped to empty on a 1 to 6 month schedule set to your kitchen, so fats, oils and grease stay out of the sewer.

A trap holds grease, it does not remove it. Pumping it before it fills is what keeps the floor drains clear, the smell down and the inspector satisfied. Restaurants and commercial kitchens across the Albuquerque area run on this schedule.

Lines + laterals

Hydro-jetting and sewer camera

Camera first to find the crack, belly or root, rooter for the hard stuff, then water up to 4,000 PSI to scour the pipe wall clean.

A snake opens a path through a blockage. Jetting cleans the inside of the pipe, which is why it suits the drain that keeps backing up. Pair it with the trap schedule and the line stays open between visits.
