24/7 emergency pumping and line clearing

24/7

Day, night, weekends and holidays. When a kitchen or a facility cannot afford downtime, AWR responds fast to get it back up and running: grease trap pumping, septic tank pumping, hydro-jetting and line clearing, and rooter service. The office on Carmony Ln. NE keeps weekday hours, 8 to 4. The phone does not.

When it backs up

  • Grease trap overflow?
  • Slow or backed up drains?
  • Septic system backing up?

Dispatch

Call, and set the interval

Most commercial grease traps need service every 1 to 6 months. Where yours lands depends on the size of the kitchen, how much you cook, the type of food and what your city requires. Dispatch sets the schedule with you and keeps you on it.

Pump-out

Empty the trap or interceptor

A trap holds fats, oils and grease so they stay out of the sewer line. It does not get rid of them. Pumping pulls the layer out so the trap can catch the next load, and the smell leaves with the truck.

Hot-jet

Scour the line if it runs slow

If a drain downstream is sluggish, the red hot-jet trailer comes off the hitch. Water at up to 4,000 PSI cleans grease, food waste, scale and sludge off the inside of the pipe instead of just punching a hole through it.

Report

Photos of the clean trap, next date booked

Customers mention it by name: the crew explains what was done and sends photos of the trap once it is clean. The next pump-out goes on the calendar before the truck leaves, so an inspection never catches you full.

“Curtis was helpful from the very beginning and communicated clearly throughout the process. He explained the work that was completed and even provided photos of our grease trap once it was cleaned, which we decided to have serviced early.”

Andrea Gonzales, restaurant customer, Google review

“Colton and his team are great to work with! I’ve used them several times over the years to pump my grease trap at our business and the septic at our home. Also snaked the drains when needed. Wouldn’t use anybody else. Very friendly and professional every time.”
